Coolpad today announced the availability of regional language user interface and applications for the users of its Coolpad Note 3 and Note 3 Lite smartphones. The multi- language update is for 13 Indian languages which include Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Oriya, Punjabi, Sinhala, Tamil, Telugu and Urdu.
This update is available for download on the Coolpad India Forum for its users The forum also has a tutorial on how to download and use this update on their Coolpad smartphones. The company has cautioned that users should capture relevant backups before proceeding to update their devices, as the regional update is in beta version.

This roll out is a result of the feedback that we have received from our users, along with need amongst our esteemed consumes to communicate in their local language using their handset. Thus being a people’s brand, we are introducing the language update and providing Coolpad users the ease of accessing information as well as usage in their preferred language”
