Amkette launches EvoTV2 in India for Rs 6,499

Amkette today launched EvoTV2 Smart Streaming Android Media Player in India.The device allows users to stream content like movies, songs, games over WiFi.

It is powered by ARM Cortex A5 1.6GHz with ARM Mali 450 MP4 and has 1GB RAM, 8GB of internal memory. It runs Android 4.0 and comes with 4 USB ports and micro SD card slot. Connectivity features on the device includes Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi802.11b/g/n, ethernet and HDMI. It has a Smart Interface for users to add or select their favourite applications for quick and easy viewing of shows. Users can download content from the company’s own dedicated store – the EvoTV 2 app store.It also features 7.1 Digital Surround Sound. The device offers a wide range of national and international TV shows like MTV Roadies X4, Siya ke Raam, The Kapil Sharma Show, Game of Thrones, House of Cards and so on.

EvoTV2 is a result of research and consumer behaviour analysis done over 12 months, which aims to empower the users with easy access to free and premium global content in India’s complex, evolving, digital-entertainment ecosystem.
