Asus Zenfone 2 Laser 5.5 goes on sale in India for Rs. 9999 via Flipkart

Asus  has announced that it has advanced the sales of the smartphone on Flipkart, which is now available for purchase starting from today. Asus recently announced that it received 30,000 pre-orders for its new Zenfone lineup, soon after the pre-order, and the Zenfone 2 Laser 5.5 received 10,000 pre-orders on the third day of the pre-order.

The Zenfone 2 Laser 5.5 has a 5.5-inch HD screen, is powered by a Snapdragon 410 SoC, 2GB RAM and 16GB of internal storage. It also comes in a 3GB RAM variant with Snapdragon 615 SoC.
Dual SIM device runs on Android 5.0 (Lollipop) with Zen UI 2.0 out of box. on camera it comes with 13MP rear camera with f/2.0 aperture and 5MP front-facing camera with 85-degree wide-angle lens .Asus Zenfone 2 Laser supports  4G LTE / 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and packed by a 3000mAh battery.

Asus is also selling the Zenfone 2 Laser 5.0 (ZE500KL) on Flipkart at a price of Rs. 9,799 for the 8GB variant and Rs. 9,999 for the 16GB variant, which is costly since the Zenfone 2 Laser 5.5 (ZE550KL) with a larger screen and a bigger battery is available for the same price.
