Asus Zenfone 3 Max comes with a Metal body . On Display  Zenfone 3 Max has a 5.2-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) 2.5D curved Corning Gorilla Glass display  where as Zenfone Max sports 5.5-inch HD Display . Zenfone 3 Max is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6737 64-bit processor with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage where as Zenfone Max 2016 is powered by a 1.5 GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 615 processor with 2GB/3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage

On Camera both comes with 13MP rear camera with Laser Auto Focus and 5MP front facing camera. Both devices runs on Android Marshmallow. Asus Zenfone 3 Max feature a Fingerprint scanner. Asus Zenfone Max 2016 is packed by a 5000 mAh battery where as Zenfone 3 Max has a 4100mAh Battery.
