Asus Zenfone 5Z with Snapdragon 845 launched in India price starts at Rs 29,999

Asus has launched Asus Zenfone 5Z (Z5620KL) smartphone in India which was first announced at the MWC 2018. It has Snapdragon 845 processor and up to 8GB of RAM.

Asus Zenfone 5Z has a 6.2-inch Full HD+ 19:9 Super IPS display with notch design and 90% screen-to-body ratio powered by Snapdragon 845 Processor with Adreno 630 GPU. On RAM it comes with 6GB LPDDR4x RAM with 64GB/128GB of internal storage, and 8GB LPDDR4x RAM and 256GB storage expandable memory up to 2TB with microSD. Dual SIM device runs Android Oreo with ZenUI 5.0.

In terms of Camera, it has a 12-megapixel rear camera with support for OIS, Sony IMX363 sensor and 0.03s Dual-pixel PDAF along with AI scene detection to detect 16 type of scenes automatically, has a secondary 8-megapixel rear camera with 120-degree wide-angle lens for portrait shots and shoot images with a wider view. It also has an 8-megapixel front-facing camera with auto portrait and Selfie panorama modes. Camera modes include Auto (with Night HDR and Portrait), Beauty, Super Resolution (48MP) GIF Animation, Time Lapse (with power saving mode), and 8 various filters. The Phone can record videos up to 4K UHD at 60 fps, 1080p FHD video recording at 30 / 60 fps, 3-axis electronic image stabilization for rear cameras,Slow Motion video (1080p at 240 fps / 720p at 240 fps)

Zenfone 5Z has a Face unlock apart from a fingerprint sensor on the back. It has dual speakers with five magnets and NXP Smart amplifier. It is also the world’s first smartphone with DTS Headphone X for 7.1-channel surround sound and comes bundled with Hi-Res Audio earphones. Connectivity Options include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5, GPS + GLONASS, USB Type-C (2.0).
