Both devices sports a uni body metal design. Coolpad Mega 2.5D has a  5.5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD 2.5D curved glass display where as Redmi 3s has a 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD IPS display powered by 1.4 GHz Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor with 2GB of RAM where as
Coolpad Mega 2.5D is powered by a 1GHz Quad-core MediaTek MT6735P processor with 3GB of RAM both devices comes with 16GB of internal storage.

On Camera Mega 2.5D has 8MP Front and Rear camera on other hand Redmi 3s comes with 13MP and 5MP camera. Both devices support 4G VoLTE and runs on Android Marshmallow. Coming to battery Redmi 3s has 4100mAh Battery where as Coolpad Mega 2.5D is packed with a 2500mAh Battery.
