Coolpad Mega 3 sports a 5.5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD 2.5D curved glass display compared to 5-inch HD IPS Display on Redmi 3s. Mega is powered by a 1.25GHz Quad-core MediaTek MT6737  processor whereas Redmi 3s comes with a 1.4 GHz Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor.

Both comes with 16GB of internal storage, Mega 3 has 3GB RAM compared to 2GB RAM on Redmi 3s prime. On camera Mega 3 comes with an 8MP front, and rear camera whereas Redmi 3s feature a 13MP rear and 5MP front camera. Devices run on Android Marshmallow and support 4G VoLTE. Coolpad Mega 3 is packed with a 3050mAh battery whereas Redmi 3s supports a 4100mAh battery.
