Coolpad Torino S and Coolpad Porto S launched

Coolpad today launched two new smartphones Coolpad  Torino S & Coolpad  Porto S for the European markets.Coolpad Torino S feature a 4.7-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) display.  powered by 64-bit Snapdragon 410 quad-core processor clocked at 1.2GHz coupled with Adreno 306 GPU and 2GB of RAM. There is 16GB of internal storage along with a MicroSD card slot.


It runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop with highly customized Cool UI 8.0. It has an 8MP rear camera with autofocus and LED flash and a 5MP front camera for selfies and video calls. It also has a fingerprint sensor on the back that can unlock the device in just 0.5 seconds and can be used to capture photos in just 0.24 seconds. It also includes an IR sensor that can be used to control electronics like TV, AC, Refrigerator and others. It supports dual SIM dual standby and offers basic connectivity options. The device measures 139 x 67.8 x 7.9 mm and weighs 120 grams. The device is packed by a 1800mAh battery.It comes in White and Champagne colors. The Torino S is priced at EUR 199 and will be available through online and offline stores.

Coolpad Porto S feature a  5-inch HD IPS display  powered by the MediaTek MT6735P quad-core processor clocked at 1GHz with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of built-in storage that can be further expandable upto 64GB. On camera smartphone has a  8MP rear camera with f/2.4 aperture and LED flash and a 2MP selfie shooter on the front. runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop with Cool UI 8.0 overlaid. It is backed by a 2,000mAh battery that is rated to deliver 8 hours of talk time. It measures 143 x 72 x 7.6 mm and weighs 125 grams. Coolpad Porto S is priced at 129 Euros. The device will be made available in Germany and Switzerland before the end of this month and will expand it to other markets in the next few months.
