Gionee S5 with Fingerprint Scanner , 4GB RAM launched for 1699 Yuan

Along with Gionee F100 & F103B Gionee also launched  Gionee S5 in China which is Mid-range smartphone priced at 1699 Yuan ( $260)

Gionee S5 feature a 5.3-inch (1280×720 pixels) HD 2.5D curved display with  Gorilla Glass
protection powered by a 1.5GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6750  processor with Mali-T860 GPU and 4GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage which is further expandable up to 128GB with microSD card.

Dual SIM (Hybrid SIM) device runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop-based Amigo 3.1 UI out of the box. On camera  it has a  13MP rear camera with PDAF, f/2.0 aperture, LED flash and a 5MP front-facing camera /connectivity options include 4G LTE VoLTE, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth and USB Type-C 2.0 port.  Gionee S5 measure 149.9 x 74.2 x 7.9 mm weighs around 160 grams and comes in Gold and Silver color options.
