Google Pixel 7A launched in India for Rs 43,999

Google has launched the Google  Pixel 7a smartphone in India. It has a 6.1-inch (2400 x 1080 pixels) FHD+ OLED HDR display, 90Hz refresh rate, Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection powered by Google Tensor G2 SoC, Titan M2 security chip with 8GB RAM and 128GB Storage.

 

On Camera, it has a 64MP rear camera, OIS along with a 13MP ultra-wide secondary camera, and a 13-megapixel front camera. It runs Android 13, will get security updates for at least 5 years, OS updates for 3 years. In addition to the Night Sight feature, it gets a new long exposure feature. Super Res Zoom is now 8X from 7X in the 6a. It has an in-display fingerprint scanner . Packed by a 4385mAh battery with support for fast charging and also supports wireless charging.

In collaboration with F1 Info Solutions, Google has launched 28 multi-brand stores across 27 cities in India where Pixel owners can walk in to get support for their devices. At these centers, users can get their device diagnosed, get simple issues resolved, or obtain information about the features of their device. If their device needs a physical repair, the center will pack it and ship it for servicing, after which they will communicate with the user until their device is repaired and returned to them at the center.
