HTC has debuted a new Desire series handset today, the HTC Desire 728 model, It shares many traits of the other new Desire models, including the plastic case, octa-core CPU, and phablet screen.
This model has LTE connectivity, dual SIM slots and runs Android 5.1.1 Lollipop. powered by an octa-core MediaTek MT6753 processor, of the 64-bit kind and clocked at 1.3 GHz. The screen is a 5.5 inch with 1280 x 720-pixel resolution and IPS LCD panel. Upfront we get a CMOS 5 MP shooter, while at the back there’s a 13 MP shooter.
LTE Category 4 is among the specs, together with 2 GB of RAM, 16 GB of storage and a 2800 mAh battery. The color variations are white and “ash”. Priced at $269 this model has a microSD card slot, that supports up to 2 TB of extra storage. The battery we just mentioned supports 5V and 1.5A fast charging, through a separately sold plug.
