Idea offers 10 GB 4G Data at Rs 245 for new customers & Rs 499 for existing customers

Idea has announced Idea 4G now available in 1,579 towns and villages of Karnataka also  introduced two new data plans for new and existing  customers

Idea data customers buying new 4G Handsets can avail 10 GB at a recharge of Rs. 245 (Effective price of Rs.25/GB) valid for 28 days. This offer can be availed up to 3 times. Additionally, existing customers with 4G handsets can avail special Data & Combo offers. At Rs. 499 customers can get 10 GB (Effective price of Rs.50/GB) valid for 28 days. This offer can be availed unlimited times. Idea has also introduced Local Idea call rates as low as 10ps/min valid for 28 days for just Rs.23.

Idea has rapidly expanded its 4G network in the circle, covering 1,579 villages and towns across all 30 districts. Nearly 37% of the population of Karnataka is now covered with Idea’s high-speed wireless broadband services in all the key towns of Bangalore, Hubli-Dharwad, Mysore, Mangalore, Belgaum, Davanagere, Tumkur, Hassan, Udupi-Manipal, Shimoga-Bhadravati, Bellary, Bijapur, Raichur, Bidar, Hospet, Gadag-Betigeri, Chitradurga, Kolar, Chikmagalur etc. Idea is continuing to invest in one of its fast-growing markets to expand its wireless broadband footprint in the region. The company has invested in setting up network infrastructure and laying and maintaining Optical Fibre Cable in the region. Idea plans to almost double its 4G sites by March‘17.
