Jawbone has announced the launch of three Up activity trackers – Up Move, Up2 and Up3 – in India. The new trackers will be available exclusively on Amazon.in.The Up Move is priced at Rs 4,999, the Up2 at Rs 9,999, and the Up 3 at Rs 14,999. The fitness trackers are currently up for pre-order in a variety of colours on the e-commerce site.

The Up activity trackers connect wirelessly to iOS and Android devices via Bluetooth to give users real-time progress reports. The Up system, as the company explains, features advanced algorithms, an app, and partner integrations that work together to help you learn more about yourself and live better.
The Up Move is an entry-level tracker that is available in five colours. It is claimed to offer six months of battery life. According to Jawbone, the Up Move is powered by MotionX technology to provide a comprehensive summary of users’ daily progress, including steps and sleep.

UP Move, is a mini fitness tracker that can be worn anywhere — on your wrist, nestled in your pockets, hooked onto your t-shirt or worn as a pendant. The wearable can track your number of steps, exercise and the overall calories you have burnt. A LED display will show the time, as well as your progress towards a set target. When synced with the Jawbone UP app, it will guide you to living a healthier life, and also help you eat right.

The second activity tracke Up2 is said to be catering those looking for the next level up with a wristband tracker. In addition to offering the same features as the UP Mover, the UP2 has a vibrating motor to give users Smart Alarm features and personalised reminders throughout the day. It is said to offer up to ten days of battery life.

The Up3 is a wristband that is claimed to capture resting and passive heart rate, automatic and detailed sleep stage tracking, as well as automatic workouts through Jawbone’s multi-sensor platform. It uses bioimpedance sensors, and is claimed to offer a full week of battery life.

“The Up app is powered by Smart Coach – Jawbone’s intelligent coaching system which turns data into personalised guidance, giving you actionable insights and challenges to help you improve your sleep, activity and diet,” says Jawbone.

It will be available in colors like Black Twist, Indigo Twist, Ruby Cross, Sand Twist, Silver Cross, Teal Cross. It will go on sale along with the UP Move on September 14.
