Kyocera launches world’s first smartphone which you can wash with soap Kyocera DIGNO Rafre

Japanese carrier KDDI introduced a brand new Kyocera smartphone called the “DIGNO Rafre”. It’s a strange moniker; we admit, but regardless, the handset’s highlight is its waterproof capabilities and its rugged nature.

The Rafre has been specifically rated for hot water resistance at 43° !.. it comes with a rubber ducky dock, which floats in the bathtub.

It comes with a 5″ 720p Display 2GB of RAM and 16GB storage (with a microSD slot) and a 13MP camera., Android 5.1 Lollipop, It supports 4G LTE and WiMAX plus VoLTE and its 3,000mAh battery should last over 20 hours of VoLTE calls.Kyocera’s Digno Rafre is launching on KDDI next Friday for JPY 57,420 ($465/€440).
