All three Phones comes with Metal body, Dedicated MicroSD slot, Music Key, Fingerprint scanner and runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat and will be getting Android 8.0 Oreo Update.

Lenovo K8 comes with HD Display compared to K8 Plus and K8 Note which has Full HD Display. Lenovo K8 is Powered by Helio P20 Octa-Core 64-bit 16nm processor, K8 Plus has Helio P25 Octa-Core processor and K8 Note is powered by 2.3 GHz Deca-Core MediaTek Helio X23 processor.

Lenovo K8 has 13MP Rear camera whereas Lenovo K8 Plus and K8 Plus comes with 13MP+5MP Dual rear camera.K8 and K8 Plus has an 8MP front facing camera with LED Flash compared to K8 Note which has 13MP Front facing camera with LED Flash. All three Phones are packed with a 4000mAh Battery.
