Apple introduced the iPad Pro with a 12.9-inch Retina display at its event yesterday. It also introduced a Smart Keyboard for iPad Pro for $169. Logitech has introduced its own keyboard case for the iPad Pro called CREATE, making it the first third-party accessory maker to introduce a keyboard case compatible with iPad Pro’s new Smart Connector.
It doesn’t require you to power on, set up or charge the keyboard. The CREATE keyboard automatically powers on and pairs with your iPad Pro when placed in the typing position and doesn’t require Bluetooth pairing. It has intuitive keyboard layout and full-size keys to take full advantage of the iPad Pro’s expansive workspace and new iOS 9 features. The case offers thin and lightweight protection, and the tightly-woven premium fabric helps resist accidental bumps, scratches and spills, said Logitech.
The Logitech CREATE Keyboard Case for iPad Pro will be available in the U.S., and select countries in Europe and Asia sometime in November, when the iPad Pro is available for purchase. Pricing will be revealed in coming weeks.
