Microsoft lumia 940 XL spotted on GFXBench benchmark

GFXBench benchmark site by the Microsoft Lumia 940 XL, reveals that the upcoming Windows 10 Mobile powered handset will feature the Snapdragon 810 chipset inside. While the SoC’s model number is not explicitly posted by GFXBench, the latter does list the Adreno 430 GPU as being onboard,

 Microsoft Lumia 940 XLwill feature a 5.7-inch screen with a 1440 x 2560 QHD resolution. While the test shows 1.5GB of RAM and 14GB of internal storage on the model, previous rumors have the handset carrying 3GB of RAM and 32GB of native memory, which sounds more likely. The 20MP rear camera and 5MP front-facing snapper rumored to be on the handset, are confirmed by the benchmark test. The device might also come with an iris scanner

The Microsoft Lumia 940 and its larger screened sibling are expected to be the first two models to launch with Windows 10 Mobile pre-installed. This means that the units might not see the light of day until after the middle of September.
