Motorola India announces Moto Xpress door step pick up and drop service

Motorola announces ‘Moto Xpress’, a pilot project to offer doorstep home pick up and drop service for their customers in Delhi, Gurgaon and Noida starting from this week. The company currently has 160 service centers across the country and it opened Moto Care Service & Experience Center in Bangalore earlier this year.

The Moto Xpress service costs Rs. 199 and can be availed by contacting the number 011-41717124. After you register your request, the service staff will reach out to a trained Motorola representative who will rectify software and accessory related issues, on the spot within an hour and hardware issues will be resolved within 5 working days, said the company.

“In India, our customer satisfaction score is over 85 percent and with our latest initiative we aim to continue enhancing our after sale services.”, added Motorola. It is expected to expand the Moto Xpress service to other parts of the county if this pilot program is a success.
