Motorola announces ‘Moto Xpress’, a pilot project to offer doorstep home pick up and drop service for their customers in Delhi, Gurgaon and Noida starting from this week. The company currently has 160 service centers across the country and it opened Moto Care Service & Experience Center in Bangalore earlier this year.
The Moto Xpress service costs Rs. 199 and can be availed by contacting the number 011-41717124. After you register your request, the service staff will reach out to a trained Motorola representative who will rectify software and accessory related issues, on the spot within an hour and hardware issues will be resolved within 5 working days, said the company.
