Microsoft was expected to begin the roll out of Windows 10 Mobile OTA update to existing Windows Phone 8.1 devices, including Lumia and HTC devices this month but they fail to reach there target. However in a blog post software giant confirms that Windows 10 Mobile update will begin rolling out to selected devices starting early next year.
