OnePlus 3 features a 5.5-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) Full HD AMOLED display powered by a 2.15 Snapdragon 820 64-bit Quad-Core processor with Adreno 530 GPU  with 6GB of RAM.

On storage, OnePlus 3 comes with a 64GB of internal storage no further expandable storage. Dual SIM device runs on Oxygen OS 3.0 based on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow.
