OnePlus Pick & up drop service launched in Chennai, Delhi and Kolkata

OnePlus has stared its pilot for door step pick up and drop service in Chennai, Delhi and Kolkata in India. This service is free of cost for the OnePlus users, which lets them get their damaged OnePlus smartphone fixed easily without searching for a service centres in their city.

You can schedule a pickup and drop by calling the OnePlus customer care number – 1800 102 8411. Mode of payment for fixing the damaged phone is only through Net Banking, which is not collected in advance, so you can pay after the phone is fixed. The company plans to launch it pan India soon.

Just give us a call on our customer care number – 1800 102 8411 and speak to our executive to schedule a pickup and drop.

2. Where is this service currently available?
As of now, the service is only available in Mumbai, Western line (From Borivali to Churchgate), Harbor line (VT to Vashi) and central line (From VT to Thane). We will be launching this service Pan India in a short span of time.

3. What if you want to change the return address?
Just inform our customer service center about it.

Yes it is! There is no extra service charge.

Currently it’s only Net Banking.
