Both Phones has plastic build and has Fingerprint Scanner on the Rear. Both phones have y: 6.2-inch (1520 x 720 pixels) HD+ Display at this price point they should have gone with FHD+ Display. Oppo A7 is powered by Snapdragon 450 processor which we have seen in Realme 2, C1, Redmi 5 priced under Rs 10,000 whereas Vivo Y95 has Snapdragon 439 processor which is budget processor both comes with 4GB RAM and 64GB of storage, Support for dedicated MicroSD slot up to 256GB.

On Camera, Oppo A7 has an a13MP rear camera with LED flash, f/2.2 aperture, secondary 2MP camera with f/2.4 aperture and 16MP front-facing camera, f/2.0 aperture compared to a 13MP rear camera with LED flash, f/2.2 aperture, 2MP secondary camera, and 20MP front-facing camera. Both phones run on Android 8.1 Oreo, No details if it will get Android Pie update or Not. Oppo A7 is packed by 4230mAh Battery compared to 4030mAh Battery on Vivo Y95 both do not support fast charging.
