Poco F5 and Neo 7 come with a polycarbonate build compared to the Glass build on Nothing Phone 1. On display Poco F5 has a 6.67-inch FHD+ (1080×2400 pixels) AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate, Neo 7 has a 6.78-inch FHD+ AMOLED Display with HDR10+, 120Hz refresh rate whereas Nothing Phone 1 comes with 6.55-inch FHD+ OLED Display with 120Hz Refresh Rate. Poco F5 is powered by Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 4nm processor, MediaTek Dimensity 8200 4nm processor on iQOO Neo 7, and Snapdragon 778G+ processor on Nothing phone 1, All phones have up to 12GB RAM and 256GB Storage, Runs on Android 13 with their custom UI on top. Performance on Poco F5 is better.
On Camera Poco F5 has a 64MP rear camera, OIS, 8MP 120° ultra-wide angle camera, and 2MP macro camera, iQOO Neo 7 comes with 64MP rear camera, OIS, LED flash, 2MP depth, and 2MP macro camera whereas Nothing Phone 1 has a 50MP main camera, Sony IMX766 sensor, OIS, 50MP 114° ultra-wide camera, 4cm macro option, All phones have 16MP front camera. iQOO Neo 7 lacks an Ultrawide sensor. All phones can record 4K Videos. iQOO Neo 7, Nothing Phone 1 comes with In-Display fingerprint Scanner compared to a Side-mounted fingerprint sensor on Poco F5. iQOO Neo 7, Poco F5 packs 5000mAh Battery compared to 4500mAh Battery on Nothing Phone. iQOO Neo supports 120W fast charging, 67W fast charging support on Poco F5, Nothing Phone 1 just support 33W Charging.
