QiKU Terra 810 smartphone with 4GB of RAM to launch in India by end of November

 QiKU  has announced that it is set to start its operations in India with the launch of its high-end QiKU Terra 810 smartphone.QiKU Terra was launched couple of weeks back in China with Snapdragon 808 SOC, 3GB RAM and 16GB ROM. According to the company, they conducted its first flash sale for QiKU Terra in China and sold 35,000 units within 8 seconds of the sale.QiKU is expected to launch its first smartphone in India in two varaints – QIKU Terra 810 & QIKU Terra 808. Both the variants run on the company’s  360 OS operating system based on Android 5.1 Lollipop. Both the variants have same camera features.

The QiKU Terra 810 flaunts a 6-inch QHD (2560 x 1440) display along with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. This phone is powered by  Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 810 64-bit octa-core chip. It is equipped with two 13-megapixel cameras (Sony’s IMX278 sensor, f/1.8 aperture) located on the back. It also houses an 8-megapixel camera in the front. This handset also incorporates a fingerprint scanner and is fuelled by a massive 3,700mAh battery.

The QiKU Terra with SOC 808 is priced at approximately $314 in China. The QiKU Terra 810 will obviously be little bit more expensive as it has superior hardware features. The company has not revealed the Indian price of the QiKU Terra 810, which obviously will be announced at the time of launch in India. But we expect that the price will be in the range of Rs. 18,000 to Rs 20,000 to stand a chance to succeed in India as it is a new brand.
