On Design Realme 3 comes with Plastic build compared to Glass body on Redmi Note 7. Realme 3 comes with  6.2-inch (1520 x 720 pixels) 19:9 HD+ IPS display whereas 6.3-inch (2340 ×1080 pixels) Full HD+ 19:5:9 display On Redmi Note 7 Display on Note 7 is better compared to Realme 3.

Realme 3 is powered by Octa Core MediaTek Helio P70 12nm processor whereas Redmi Note 7 has 2.2GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 660 Processor Both phones come with 3/4GB RAM,  32/64GB storage performance on both phones is good.
