Both phones have plastic build, Realme 3i comes with the Diamond cut finish. Realme 3i has 6.22-inch HD+ Display whereas Realme C3 has a bigger 6.5-inch HD+ Display. Realme 3i is powered by Helio P60 Processor compared to MediaTek Helio G70 processor on Realme C3 both phones come with up to 4GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage which is further expandable with MicroSD card up to 256GB.
