Realme XT comes with Glass Build compared to Plastic build on Realme X and 5 Pro. Realme XT 6.4-inch (2340  × 1080 pixels) Full HD+ AMOLED display with Dewdrop Notch, 6.53-inch  Full HD+ AMOLED FullView display on Realme X whereas 6.3-inch (2340 x 1080 pixels) Full HD+ display on Realme 5 Pro.

Realme XT and Realme 5 Pro is powered by Snapdragon 712 10nm processor compared to  Snapdragon 710 processor on Realme X all phones come with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage, performance similar on All phones. On-Camera Realme XT and 5 Pro has Quad Camera Setup. Realme XT has 64MP Main Camera, Realme X, and Realme 5 Pro comes with 48MP rear camera with Sony IMX586 sensor, There is 5MP Depth on Realme X. Other 3 cameras on XT and 5 Pro include 8MP 119° ultra-wide-angle lens, 2MP depth sensor, f/2.4 aperture, 2MP for 4cm macro with f/2.4 aperture, All phones can record 4K Videos, EIS at 1080p. Realme X miss out the wide-angle lens. 2MP macro, depth mode does not make much difference. All three phones have 16MP front camera.

Realme XT, 5 Pro has dedicated MicroSD slot which lacks in Realme X. Support for Dual 4G VOLTE, No Notification Light, ColorOS 6 based on Pie all will be getting Android 10 update in Q1 of 2020.
