Vivo V5 comes with 5.5-inch HD IPS Display (1280 x 720 Pixels) with 2.5D Corning Gorilla Glass for Rs 17980 there are many other Phones which comes with Full HD Display there is also Galaxy J7 Prime which comes with Full HD Display available in the offline market.
Processor
Vivo on Company’s website have not listed which processor it comes with V5 is powered by a 1.5 GHz Octa-Core MediaTek MT6750 64-bit processor with Mali T860 GPU which is same used in Oppo F1s priced similar, processor does not support 1080 Resolution which is not powerful as Snapdragon 430 which is available in Redmi 3s or Lenovo K6 Power
Hybrid SIM
Vivo V5 comes with Dual SIM Support which is Hybrid means once can use Dual SIM or SIM + MicroSD card. Phone lacks dedicated MicroSD card
Overpriced
At this Price range, there are other Phone available like Moto G5 Plus, Honor 6X, Redmi Note 4 if you looking in offline market the Galaxy J7 Prime, Coolpad Cool 1 are available
Camera
Vivo V5 has a 13MP rear with LED Flash camera and 20 MP front facing camera with LED Flash, Sony IMX376 sensor F/2.0 Aperture which is Okay for Normal selfies when you try capture selfie with rear background u will notice blurry image Camera is not that Great what Vivo is Saying

Oppo F1s also comes with similar Specs priced at Around Rs 18000 which offers HD Display Average processor marketing Phone as Selfie expert Will you Buy Vivo V5 Just for its 20MP Camera?
