Samsung Galaxy J5 Prime and J7 Prime with Fingerprint Scanner Launched in India

Samsung today officially launched Galaxy J5 Prime and Galaxy J7 Prime in India which are updated variant of Galaxy J5 and J7(2016) which was launched earlier this year.

Samsung Galaxy J5  Prime feature a 5 inch HD display with 1280×720 pixels powered by a quad-core Exynos processor with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage which is further expandable with microSD card.In terms of camera, the J5 Prime comes with  a 13-megapixel camera with an f / 1.9 aperture and  5-megapixel selfie shooter with f/2.2 aperture. Dual SIM device runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow with the latest TouchWiz user interface on top. The phone offers an S Secure software tweak with features like Secure Wi-Fi and Secure Folder. The Secure Wi-Fi feature makes sure your data that’s transferring when using a public Wi-Fi hotspot is encrypted. The S Secure feature lets you use two social media accounts like WhatsApp or Facebook on the same device .

Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime has a 5.5-inch Full HD  Display with  2.5D Curved Gorilla Glass 4 powered by a  1.6GHz octa-core Exynos 7870 coupled with 3GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage which is further expandable with MicroSD card.Dual SIM device runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow and comes with Fingerprint Scanner built in Home button. On Camera it has a 13MP rear camera with LED Flash  and 8MP front facing camera. Connectivity options include dual-SIM 4G LTE support, WiFi, GPS with GLONASS. S-Bike mode Packed by a 3300mAh Battery.

Samsung Galaxy J5 Prime is priced at Rs 14,790 which will be available by end of September and Galaxy J7 Prime is priced at Rs 18790 which is now available in Offline markets. As part of the bundled offer, Vodafone users can get 10GB of mobile data by paying for just 1GB.
