Samsung Galaxy J5 2015 comes with 5-inch HD display where as 2016 edition has a 5.2-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD Super AMOLED display both are powered by a 1.2GHz Quad-Core 64-bit Snapdragon 410 processor with Adreno 306 GPU. Samsung Galaxy J5 2016 has a 2GB RAM compared to last year J5 which has 1.5GB RAM. Both devices has 16GB internal storage , 13MP rear camera and 5MP front facing camera. packed by a 3000mAh battery where as J5 comes with a 2600mAh battery
