Both Phones has Metal body, Fingerprint Scanner on the Home Button,5.5-inch  Full  HD 1920×1080 pixels) TFT display. Both Devices are powered by  1.6GHz Octa-Core Exynos 7870 SoC.

Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime 2 comes with 3GB of RAM and 32GB internal storage whereas Galaxy J7 Prime has 3GB RAM and 16/32GB of internal storage further expandable with MicroSD card. On Camera, Galaxy J7 Prime 2 has a 13MP Rear and front camera. Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime comes with a 13MP Rear camera and 8MP front camera.
