Ringing Bells a unknown brand in India has launched smart 101, its the cheapest 4G LTE smartphone in the market at just Rs. 2999  It feature  a 5-inch qHD (540×960 Pixels) IPS display running on a MediaTek 1.3GHz Quad-core processor with 1GB RAM, 8GB expandable storage. There’s an 8MP rear and 3.2MP front-facing camera.
