Sony Bravia 2 series 4K HDR LED TVs launched in India

Sony has launched Sony Bravia 2 series India now integrated with Google TV and featuring 4K Ultra HD LED display technology. The series includes two versions: the S25 variant KD-55S25, KD-65S25 focused on gaming capabilities, and the S20 KD-43S20, KD-50S10, emphasizing other features without gaming enhancements.

Sony BRAVIA 2 series comes in sizes ranging from 108cm (43″KD-43S20)  to 164cm (65″), featuring the X1 Picture Processor. This processor uses advanced algorithms to improve image quality, delivering clearer 4K resolution and vivid colors with Live Color technology.

Additionally, the series upscales lower resolutions and ensures smooth motion with 4K X-Reality PRO and Motionflow XR technology. The BRAVIA 2 series offers immersive audio with open baffle down-firing twin speakers delivering 20-Watt sound, enhanced by Dolby audio. With Google TV access to 10,000+ apps and 700,000+ movies, plus Apple Home Kit and AirPlay support, content management is seamless. Gaming is optimized with Auto Low Latency Mode and Auto HDR Tone Mapping for PlayStation5® consoles.

Voice-enabled remote control simplifies navigation, allowing users to search for content and control the TV using Google Assistant. The series also boasts X-Protection PRO technology for durability against dust, humidity, lightning strikes, and power surges.  BRAVIA 2 series maximizes screen space and offers a slimline stand or wall-mount option. It comes with a user-friendly remote featuring six hot keys for quick access to popular streaming services.

Sony KD-43S20 and KD-50S20 have yet to be announced. Sony KD-55S25 model is priced at Rs.74,990 and KD-65S25 model is priced at Rs.95,990. SONY BRAVIA 2 series will be available from May 24, at Sony Centers, major electronic stores, and e-commerce portals across India.
