Both Phones come with 4GB RAM On Camera Both Vivo V5s and V5 have a 13MP rear camera with LED Flash and 20MP front-facing camera with Moonlight Flash, Sony IMX376 1/2.78″ sensor, f/2.0 aperture and 5p lens, Vivo V5s camera software has been a little bit improved compared to V5

Both smartphones run on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) with Funtouch OS 3.0 Vivo Could have launched Vivo V5s with Nougat of a box again no details when this Phone will be getting Nougat Updates. Both are packed with a 3000mAh Battery
