According to listing Xiaomi Berlin is Powered by Snapdragon 632 processor with 3GB of RAM and runs Android 7.1.2 Nougat.The processor is listed as the sdm632 with six cores and a base frequency of 1.02GHz.The device scored 1155 in the single-core test and 2738 points in the multi-core test.
Qualcomm has not yet launched Snapdragon 632 processor. There is also Snapdragon 630 and Snapdragon 636 most of phone makers still using Snapdragon 625. No More details have been leaked yet.
