Xiaomi Mi 5c with Surge S1 SoC, 12MP Rear Camera Launched in China

Xiaomi has introduced Xiaomi Mi 5c Smartphone in China. It is powered with Xiaomi’s own Surge S1 processor and 12MP Rear Camera

Xiaomi Mi 5C comes with All metal body and feature a 5.15-inch full HD display with up to 550-nits brightness. Powered by an octa-core SurgeS1 SoC (four Cortex-A53 cores clocked at 2.2GHz + four Cortex-A53 cores clocked at 1.4GHz) with 3GB of RAM and 64GB internal storage, which is expected to be further expandable via a microSD card.

On Camera, Xiaomi Mi 5C has a 12-megapixel primary shooter with LED flash and 1.25um pixel size and 8MP front camera.It runs on Android Marshmallow, but will be getting the Android 7.1 Nougat-based MIUI 8 update in March In terms of connectivity, it offers 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS. Packed with aa 2,860mAh battery, which supports 9V/2A fast charging technology. The brand claims the phone to deliver you a full day battery life of use.

Xiaomi Mi 5C is priced at RMB 1,499 (Rs 14,560) comes in gold, rose gold and black. The device will be available via flash sales in China next month, with the registrations for the first sale beginning on March 3rd.
