Xiaomi Mi 5s feature a 5.15-inch (1920×1080 pixels) Full HD display powered by a Quad-Core Snapdragon 821 64-bit processor with Adreno 530 GPU. It comes with 3GB LPDDR4 RAM with 64GB (UFS 2.0) internal storage and  4GB LPDDR4 RAM with 128GB (UFS 2.0) internal storage
Dual SIM (nano + nano) phone runs on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) with MIUI 8. On Camera, it has a 12MP rear camera with dual-tone LED flash, f/2.0 aperture, Sony IMX378 1/2.3-inch sensor, PDAF, 4K video recording, 120fps slo-mo at 720p and  4MP front-facing camera. Xiaomi Mi 5s comes with Ultrasonic fingerprint scanner phone measures 145.6x 70.3x 8.25 mm and Weight 145 g . Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus  feature a 5.7-inch Full HD Display powered by Snapdragon 821 quad-core processor which is coupled with 4GB or 6GB RAM and 64GB/128GB of internal storage. Dual SIM device  runs on MIUI 8 based on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow). It has dual 13-megapixel rear cameras Sony sensors, one that captures in black and white and also has Dual image processor for processing the image captured using two sensor for the best quality .It has dual-tone LED flash, phase-detection auto-focus (PDAF), resulting in a quick focus, 4K video recording and a 4-megapixel front-facing camera with pixel size of 2 microns. Packed with a  a 3800mAh battery with Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0. also has a ultrasonic fingerprint sensor that scans fingerprint in a split-second.

Xiaomi Mi5s comes in dark gray, silver, gold, pink gold optional four-color. Mi 5s 64GB is Priced at 1999 Yuan & 128GB GB is priced at 2299 Yuan Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus has been priced at 2299 Yuan for the 4GB RAM variant while the 6GB RAM variant can be purchased for 2599 Yuan.
