Both Phones looks similar with some changes Mi 6 comes with improved design and now has a Dual Rear Camera at a back. Both Phones has a 5.15-inch (1920×1080 pixels) Full HD display

Xiaomi Mi 6 is powered by  Octa-Core Snapdragon 835 64-bit processor with Adreno 540 GPU whereas Mi 5 has a Quad-Core Snapdragon 820 64-bit processor with Adreno 530 GPU. Mi 6 has a  Dual Rear Camera whereas Mi 5 had a Single 16MP Rear Camera and 4MP front camera.
