Both Phones has a Metal body, a Fingerprint Scanner on the rear, 6.44-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) Full HD IPS 2.5D curved glass display.Mi Max 2 is powered by Octa-Core Snapdragon 625 processor whereas Mi Max comes with two variant with Snapdragon 650/ Snapdragon 652 processors.

On Camera, Mi Max 2 has a 12MP Rear camera whereas Mi Max has 16MP Rear camera both Phones have a 5MP front-facing camera. Mi Max has a 4850mAh battery whereas Mi Max 2 comes with a 5300mAh battery.

Xiaomi Mi Max 2 comes in Golden color and is priced at 1499 yuan (US$ 218 / Rs. 14075 approx.) for the 4GB RAM with 64GB Storage version and the 4GB RAM with 128GB storage version costs 1999 yuan (US$ 290 / Rs. 18770 approx.). It will go on sale in China from June 1st. Xiaomi Mi Max 32GB model is priced at Rs 14999 and 128GB model cost Rs 19,999.
