Xiaomi Mi4i Hands On

Xiaomi Mi4i comes with 5-inch 1080p fully laminated display from JDI or Sharp with 178-degree viewing angle with Corning’s OGS glass.Xiaomi has gone a step ahead by adding a sunlight display feature that remains on by default. Using hardware level technology, it enhances the contrast depending upon the ambient light, enhancing the sunlight legibility to a great extent.

Coming to design Mi4i look great with 5inonisplay which is Full HD display , Mi banding on front with 5 MP front facing camera with some sensors below there are three capacitive buttons.On the top you have the 3.5mm audio jack.

on the right there is power button and volume rockers .The dual micro SIM card slots are present on the left side of the phone.Micro USB post and microphone is present at the bottom.

on the back there is 13 MP rear camera with dual ton LED flash which can also be used as a standalone torch.The Mi branding and loud speaker .The phone measures 138.1 x 69.6 x 7.8mm and weights 130 grams.

Mi 4i is  powered by an 2nd generation Octa-Core Snadpragon 615 processor which is clocked at 1.7 Ghz with Adreno 405 GPU coupled with 2 GB of RAM which gives good perfoamace. On storage Mi4i  comes with 16GB of internal storage which can not be expandable via microsd card.Dual Sim Device Runs  on  Android 5.0 Lollipop with the MIUI 6 skin on top, Xiaomi has added support for six Indian languages including Bengali, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Tamil and Malayalam. It also comes with a Visual IVR feature which visually shows you the list of options when you call public services such as IRCTC or banking services. Xiaomi plans to take the help of the Mi community to add on more IVR numbers for Visual IVR.

 Xiaomi Mi 4i comes with 13MP Sony/Samsung camera with f/2.0 aperture and 5-element lens. Quick to start-up, and easy to use,and 5 MP front camera  with 5-element lens, f/1.8 aperture ,80° wide angle lens for clicking selfies.The device is backed by a 3120mAh battery with quick charge support, which can charge the battery to 40 percent in an hour, and full charge in three. As per the company, the battery is good enough to survive up to 1.5 days.the device is priced at Rs 12,999 and is available  on flipkart.Mi 4i is available in only white colour .
