Xiaomi Mi5 Vs OnePlus 2

Xiaomi launched Mi5 in India Priced at Rs 24,999 . Xiaomi Mi5 is first smartphone in India powered by a Snapdragon 820 processor .OnePlus last year launched OnePlus 2 with 4GB RAM and 64GB of on board storage check out comparison between Xiaomi Mi5 and One Plus 2.

On Display Xiaomi Mi5 comes with a 5.15-inch Full HD Display with  Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection where as OnePlus 2 has a 5.5-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) Full HD IPS In-Cell display, Corning Gorilla Glass protection. Xiaomi Mi5 is made up of metal and 3D glass at a back.The Mi 5 is powered by the latest Snapdragon 820 processor, but only the 3GB RAM / 32GB storage variant has been introduced in India. This variant also sports a slightly lower clocked CPU than the other variants at 1.18GHz. On the other hand, the OnePlus 2 comes powered by last year’s Snapdragon 810 processor. The 16GB memory variant is coupled with 3GB of RAM while the 64GB variant gets 4GB of RAM. Unfortunately, neither of the smartphones come with support for expandable storage, but OnePlus has the edge here with a higher storage option

Xiaomi Mi5 comes with a  16-megapixel Sony IMX298 PDAF rear camera w/ dual-LED flash, f/2.0, 4-axis OIS where as onePlus 2 has a 13MP rear camera with dual LED Flash, Laser Auto focus, OIS, Both devices has a Fingerprint scanner at front. Xiaomi Mi 5 is packed by a 3300mAh battery while Mi5 has a 3000mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0 supports. Xiaomi Mi5 weights just 129 g while OnePlus 2 weights 177 g

OnePlus 2 16GB variant is now selling at Rs 20,999, while the 64GB variant for  Rs 22,999. which is still good buy after recent price drop. The Xiaomi Mi 5 will be available on April 6th on the company’s website via flash sales and the 32GB storage variant with 3GB RAM is priced at Rs 24,999 and 64GB model might launch in India after sometime.
