According to AnTuTu listing Mi5s feature, a 5.15-inch Full HD Display with 1920×1080 pixel powered by a Snapdragon 821 SoC with Adreno 530GPU and runs on Android 6.0.1 no more details has been listed yet

According to Earlier leaks  Xiaomi Mi5s to feature a 5.15-inch Full HD Display powered by a 2.4GHZ Snapdragon 821 SoC with 6GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. On Camera it has a  16-megapixel rear camera of aperture f/1.9 with 4-axis optical image stabilization (OIS)  Dual SIM device will run Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow-based MIUI 8 out of the box. Connectivity wise, USB Type-C port, Bluetooth, GPS, NFC and Wi-Fi 802.11 Xiaomi Mi5s is expected to feature a 3490mAh Battery with Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0
