Members of Xiaomi Priority Club can enjoy exclusive perks such as priority online appointments and fast-tracked service at service centers for quick issue resolutions. Complimentary pick-up and drop services for mobile repairs are provided, along with a guarantee of a 2-hour repair or standby device to maintain uninterrupted connectivity.

How to Become a Xiaomi Priority Club Member

 

  • Download Service+ App
  • Select the My Devices section in Xiaomi Service+
  • Go to the Three Dot menu and select Add device
  • Scan IMEI
  • Fill in the Details and click on Add device
  • If your device is eligible you will be directed to the Xiaomi Priority Club page click and register
  • Verify your serial number and account

Regular half-yearly health check-ups and software updates are also included to keep devices optimized for performance. Furthermore, members benefit from prompt callbacks from customer support and direct chat access to knowledgeable agents for personalized assistance.

 

Xiaomi Priority Club is available for users of Xiaomi’s premium smartphones, including the Xiaomi 14 Ultra, Xiaomi 14, Xiaomi 13 Pro, Xiaomi 12 Pro, and Mi 11 Ultra. Additionally, this service extends to owners of select Xiaomi TVs such as the Mi QLED TV 75, Xiaomi OLED Vision TV 55, and Xiaomi Smart TV X 65.
