Both devices come with a Metal body and 5-inch HD IPS Display. Redmi 4A is powered by a Quad-Core Snapdragon 425 processor where as Redmi 3s comes with an Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor coupled with 2GB RAM and 16GB of internal storage which is further expandable up to 128GB. On camera, both has a 13MP rear camera and 5MP front facing. Runs on Android Marshmallow. Redmi 4A is packed with a 3120mAh Battery compared to higher 4100mAh Battery on Redmi 3s.
