Both devices come with Metal body design and Fingerprint Scanner on Back. Redmi Note 4 comes with a 5.5-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) Full HD 2.5D curved glass display whereas Redmi Note 3 has a 5.5-inch Full HD display

Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 is powered by a 2.0 GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 625 Processor with Adreno 506 GPU compared to Snapdragon 650 processor with Adreno 510 GPU which is more powerful whereas Snapdragon 625 is power efficient.

Redmi Note 4 comes with 2GB RAM + 32GB storage , 3GB RAM + 32GB storage and 4GB RAM +64GB Storage with MicroSD support up to 128GB. Redmi Note 3 comes in 2GB/3GB RAM and 16GB/32GB of storage. On camera Note 4 has a 13MP rear camera whereas Note 3 comes with the 16MP rear camera both phones has a 5MP front facing camera.On Battery Redmi Note 4 is packed with a 4100mAh Battery compared to 4050mAh Battery on Redmi Note 3
