Mi A1 has an a12MP rear camera with wide-angle lens, f/2.2 aperture + 12MP camera with telephoto lens,  f/2.6 aperture and 5MP front-facing camera. The front camera on redmi Note 5 Pro is better compared to Mi A1, the Portrait mode works better on Mi A1, Redmi Note 5 Pro needs improvement
