Both Phones have Fingerprint Scanner on the Rear. On Display Both has 5.99-inch (1440 × 720 pixels) HD+ 18:9 2.5D curved glass display Xiaomi Redmi S2 is powered by Octa-Core Snapdragon 625 processor compared to Octa-Core Snapdragon 450  processor on Honor 7C. Redmi Y2 has polycarbonate body compared to the Metal body on Honor 7C.

Both Phones have 3/4GB of RAM and 32GB/64GB storage, expandable memory up to 256GB with microSD and has Dedicated MicroSD slot with Dual SIM.
