Xiaomi ties up with B2X for after sales service in India

Xiaomi is all set to launch a new smartphone in India on January 19 now Xiaomi has partnered with B2X, leading provider of customer care for smartphones for after sales service in India.

B2X has rolled out a comprehensive service offering to 31 walk-in service centers across India, providing premium face-to-face support.Back in 2015, Xiaomi launched Mi‬ door step pick up and drop service in the country. Now it has over 200 service centers across the country.

B2X service centers are based on B2X Smartbar, a flexible in-store service solution that provides personal support and service for any warranty or out-of-warranty related issues including cross-selling devices and accessories.

Commenting on the partnership, Rainer Koppitz, Chief Executive Officer of B2X, said: It’s a great honor for us to expand our partnership with Xiaomi to the Indian market.
