Apple has introduced new MacBook Pro lineup with M3, M3 Pro and M3 Max chips, which deliver significant CPU and GPU performance leaps. The 14‑inch MacBook Pro with M3 is up to 60 percent faster than the 13‑inch MacBook Pro with M1, the 14- and 16-inch MacBook Pro with M3 Pro is now up to 40 percent faster than the 16‑inch model with M1 Pro.
The 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro with M3 Max is up to 2.5x faster than the 16-inch MacBook Pro with M1 Max, and up to 11x faster than the fastest Intel-based MacBook Pro model, said Apple. All MacBook Pro models feature a Liquid Retina XDR display with 20 percent brighter SDR content at up to 600 nits, 1000 nits sustained, and 1600 nits of peak brightness for HDR content.
It has Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, support for up to four external displays first time and up to 128GB of unified memory in the M3 Max model. These come in 14.2-inch and 16.2-inch models with Liquid Retina XDR mini-LED display, ProMotion technology with adaptive refresh rate up to 120Hz, aluminium body, and Magic Keyboard, same as the predecessor.
New MacBook Pro models come in Silver, Space Grey and new Space Black colours for the M3 Pro and M3 Max models and are available to order today on apple.com/in/store and in the Apple Store app in 27 countries and regions, including the US. They will ship starting November 7. Apple has updated its 24″ iMac with the new M3 chip, which bring a major upgrade to the 2021 model with a M1 chip, promising 2x faster performance. Compared to Intel-based iMac, It features a 4.5K Retina display, gets faster Wi-Fi 6E wireless connectivity, and a seamless experience with iPhone. The iMac now supports up to 24GB of unified memory, and the next-generation GPU supports hardware-accelerated mesh shading and ray tracing.
