Go to setting, then select Fingerprint then Enable Fingerprint + Pattern or Fingerprint + PIN or Fingerprint + Password once this is done then keep fingerprint on the scanner on enabling it. Moto has included One button nav we can use fingerprint scanner to navigate You can find it on Moto App , Select Actions -One Nav button here’s are Functions Swipe left to Go Back, Tap to Home, Swipe from Right to left to go back, Left to right to open recent apps, Tap and Hold to enable lock screen, Tap and Hold sensor until you feel long buzz to open google assistant. This also works fine
There is No App lock feature using Fingerprint Scanner available preloaded but there are many third party apps like App Locker, FingerSecurity which let you use fingerprint scanner to unlock Apps
